Job summary
Hiley Volkswagen of Arlington is seeking skilled Volkswagen Certified Technicians to join our service team. Based in Arlington, TX, you'll perform repairs, conduct tests, and communicate with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed.
The role requires 2+ years of technician experience, high school diploma, and VW certification preferred. We offer competitive pay, weekly/monthly bonuses, 401(k), medical/dental, PTO, and a climate-controlled shop.
Qualifications
- Customer service requires good communication and teamwork.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic dealership environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new VW repair procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform work listed on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
- Test-drive vehicles and diagnose using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems incl. engine, trans, brakes, A/C.
- Communicate with Service Advisor regarding additional repairs and time estimates.
- Carry out warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
