Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Vulnerability Operations and Response Principal who will own the strategy, design, and scaling of the enterprise vulnerability management program across internal units, multi-cloud environments, and emerging AI deployments.

You will partner with engineering, infrastructure, product security, and architecture leaders to identify, prioritize, and neutralize vulnerabilities at cloud scale, and present critical findings to executive security leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of deep technical experience in enterprise vulnerability management, product security, infrastructure security, or security architecture at cloud scale.
• Proven success influencing senior engineering and product stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of CVSS/EPSS/KEV and modern vulnerability management lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal Vulnerability Operations roadmap end to end, driving strategy and execution for traditional infrastructure, container and microservice ecosystems, and secure development.
• Build and enforce specialized security governance and vulnerability assessment frameworks for AI and ML workloads, including model supply chain risks and data pipeline exposures.
• Lead critical vulnerability incidents and improve processes during those incidents.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture leaders to minimize exposure across the lifecycle.
• Design automated scanning, intelligent triage, and ticketing orchestration to reduce overhead and bottlenecks.
• Report posture trends and AI threat vectors to executive leadership and C-level stakeholders.
