Job summary

Enboarder seeks a Vulnerability Operations and Response Principal to own the enterprise vulnerability management strategy across multi-cloud and AI deployments. You will collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and product security to prioritize and neutralize risks at cloud scale.

You will lead AI/ML security risk frameworks, drive incidents, and shape remediation playbooks. The role reports to executive security leadership and involves cross-group coordination for rapid risk reduction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of deep technical experience in enterprise vulnerability management, product security, infrastructure security, or security architecture at cloud scale.
• Proven track record leading vulnerability response across diverse stakeholders and maintaining momentum without a fixed playbook.
• Expertise in threat-informed vulnerability prioritization frameworks (CVSS, EPSS, KEV) and modern vulnerability lifecycles across multi-tenant environments.
• Strong understanding of emerging AI/ML architectures and security threat models (LLM security risks, frontier model attacks, AI pipeline exposures).
• Proven ability to influence senior engineering and product stakeholders to drive systemic remediation without direct authority.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex risk and remediation roadmaps to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
• A bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent technical education.

Responsibilities

• Own the Vulnerability Operations roadmap end to end, driving strategy and execution for traditional infrastructure, containers, microservices, and secure development.
• Build and enforce security governance and vulnerability frameworks for AI/ML workloads, including model supply chain risks and prompt injection pathways.
• Lead critical vulnerability incidents and improve processes during those incidents for your teams and partner teams.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture to minimize exposure across the vulnerability lifecycle.
• Design automated scanning, intelligent triage, and ticketing pipelines to reduce manual overhead and speed remediation.
• Report posture trends, AI threat vectors, model vulnerability metrics, and SLA performance to executive leadership.
