Job summary

Gusto in the United States is hiring a Vulnerability Management Technical Lead to own the definition and delivery of vulnerability management and security operations across teams. You’ll set strategy, drive roadmaps, and shape AI-forward security practices that accelerate product development.

You’ll lead a cross-functional TPM team, manage stakeholders and vendors, and build AI-enabled workflows. This role blends security engineering, risk, and infrastructure in a high-growth fintech environment

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for vulnerability management and security operations.
• Lead delivery of centralized vulnerability management across code, cloud, data, and edge.
• Build security workflows using AI plugins to automate evidence collection.
• Manage stakeholders and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and budget alignment.
• Roll out new controls and training to enable secure AI-enabled delivery.
