Job summary

D2 Technical Services is seeking a highly skilled Tenable product Administrator to support our Intelligence Community customer. This role focuses on managing Tenable Suite on Linux, conducting vulnerability scans, and coordinating remediation across IT and security teams.

A TS/SCI clearance is required to be eligible for hire, with polygraph as a post-hire requirement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Linux administration experience, deep vulnerability management knowledge, and the ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field; ten years of Cyber Security experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Current TS/SCI clearance and ability to pass a Government polygraph as a post-hire requirement.
• Hands-on administration experience with Tenable Suite on Linux.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management, security protocols, and DoD cybersecurity standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Tenable Security Center, Nessus Scanners, and Nessus Managers on Linux.
• Run regular vulnerability scans and assess results by severity and impact.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities.
• Generate vulnerability reports and distribute to stakeholders.
• Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
• Provide training and support for Tenable products on Linux.
• Ensure optimal performance and security of Tenable environment on Linux.
