Job summary

D2 Technical Services is seeking a Tenable Administrator with Linux expertise to manage our Tenable Suite environment for a high-security Intelligence Community client. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and the ability to pass a Government polygraph after hire.

The successful candidate will install, configure, and maintain Tenable Security Center, Nessus Scanners, and Nessus Managers on Linux systems, perform scans, analyze results, and collaborate with teams to remediate vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of technical experience in Cyber Security (as applicable).
• Current TS/SCI clearance and ability to pass polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Tenable Security Center, Nessus Scanners, and Nessus Managers on Linux.
• Perform regular vulnerability scans and assessments across the network using Tenable products.
• Analyze scan results and prioritize vulnerabilities by severity and impact.
• Collaborate with IT/security teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities.
• Generate and distribute vulnerability reports to stakeholders.
• Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
• Provide training and support on Tenable products on Linux.
• Ensure optimal performance and security of the Tenable environment on Linux.
