D2 Consulting is seeking a Tenable product Administrator with Linux expertise to manage and secure Tenable Suite in a Linux environment. The role emphasizes vulnerability management, incident response, and collaboration with IT/security teams.

Ideal candidates hold a current TS/SCI clearance, CSSP infrastructure certification within 6 months, and a strong background in large-scale DoD-adjacent networks. Training will be provided for operational readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Must have TS/SCI clearance (current)
• CSSP Infrastructure Certification within 6 months of hire
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS or related field with 10 years of cyber security experience
• Hands-on administrator experience with Tenable Suite (Security Center, Nessus Scanners, Nessus Manager)
• Strong Linux installation, configuration, and maintenance knowledge
• Experience with large-scale enterprise networks and DoD architecture guidelines
• DoD Architecture Framework familiarity and ability to present status to senior management
• Scripting skills (Python/PowerShell) for automation

Aufgaben

• Install, configure, and maintain Tenable Security Center, Nessus Scanners, and Nessus Manager on Linux
• Perform regular vulnerability scans and assessments across the network
• Analyze scan results and prioritize vulnerabilities by severity
• Collaborate with IT/security teams to remediate vulnerabilities
• Generate vulnerability reports for stakeholders
• Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents
• Provide Tenable training and support on Linux environments
• Ensure optimal Tenable performance and security
• Configure and install security products on Linux systems
