Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in vulnerability management, with a focus on OT environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CEH are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments in OT environments to identify security weaknesses.
• Track and manage remediation efforts to ensure timely closure of findings.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to communicate findings and coordinate remediation.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of assessments, remediation actions, and compliance status.
• Provide training and guidance on vulnerability management best practices and tools.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and contribute to process improvements.
• Be prepared to travel for on-site assessments and cross-border collaboration.

As a Vulnerability Management Engineer within client OT Cybersecurity team, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and remediating vulnerabilities within our operational technology (OT) environment. This position requires excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across multiple cultures and a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Vulnerability Assessment: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments to identify security weaknesses in OT systems.
• Remediation Management: Track and manage remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution of identified vulnerabilities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to communicate findings and coordinate remediation activities.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of vulnerability assessments, remediation actions, and compliance status.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in vulnerability management, particularly in OT environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse cultures and teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., "CISSP", "CISM", "CEH") are a plus.
