Hybrid in Greensboro, NC, the role focuses on identifying, assessing, and remediating vulnerabilities across distributed OT assets, collaborating with IT, engineering, and operations teams, and delivering remediation leadership on mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in vulnerability assessment and remediation, particularly within OT/industrial environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments to identify security weaknesses across OT systems.
• Track and manage remediation efforts to ensure timely resolution of identified vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including IT, engineering, and operations—to communicate findings and coordinate remediation activities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of vulnerability assessments, remediation actions, and compliance status.
• Deliver training and support to stakeholders on vulnerability management best practices and tools.
• Stay current on emerging cybersecurity trends and contribute to continuous improvement of vulnerability management processes.
• Travel as needed for on-site assessments and collaboration with global teams.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Proven experience in vulnerability management within OT environments
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and comfort engaging diverse global teams
• A proactive, adaptable mindset suited to a dynamic, evolving threat landscape
• Relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar)

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience in vulnerability assessment and remediation, particularly within OT/industrial environments
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities

Other Skills:

• Familiarity with ServiceNow Vulnerability Management
• Experience with Qualys and/or Tanium
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Defender
