Iflow Energy Solutions Inc. is seeking a Vulnerability Management Engineer (OT) to join our Cybersecurity Division in Greensboro, NC. The role emphasizes identifying, assessing, and remediating vulnerabilities across OT environments, with strong emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement.

You will work with cross-functional teams, maintain thorough documentation, and stay current on the latest vulnerabilities and defenses. Travel for on-site assessments and global teams is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in vulnerability management, with a focus on OT environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CEH are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments in OT environments to identify security weaknesses.
• Track and manage remediation efforts to ensure timely closure of findings.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to communicate findings and coordinate remediation.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of assessments, remediation actions, and compliance status.
• Provide training and guidance on vulnerability management best practices and tools.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and contribute to process improvements.
• Be prepared to travel for on-site assessments and cross-border collaboration.
