Job summary

Everforth Apex in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a RVD Program Analyst to support the development, execution, and ongoing operation of the organization's Responsible Vulnerability Disclosure program. You will coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of disclosures, interfacing with Security, Technology, and Legal teams to ensure vulnerabilities are tracked and remediated according to policy.

In this role you will maintain dashboards and status updates, coordinate with software vendors and partners,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Technology Risk, Security Program Management, Vulnerability Management, Open Source Security, or Software Supply Chain Security.
• Ability to operate independently and drive program outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support intake, triage, and tracking of vulnerability disclosures.
• Maintain disclosure lifecycle tracking from identification through closure.
• Coordinate disclosure activities with vendors, maintainers, and partners.
• Monitor disclosure status, remediation progress, and closure activities.
• Maintain dashboards, metrics, and executive status updates.
• Support development and maintenance of disclosure policies and standards.
• Coordinate interactions with partners and clearinghouses.
• Develop and maintain disclosure inventory and remediation tracking.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Recommend enhancements to disclosure workflows and automation.
