Job summary

VCU School of Education's Partnership for People with Disabilities is seeking a VTSS Systems Coach to support MTSS implementation across Virginia school divisions. The role emphasizes collaboration with VTSS teams, divisions, and schools to advance literacy, mathematics, RtI, and PBIS within a data-driven framework.

The position focuses on building internal coaching capacity, developing statewide training, and providing remote technical assistance to diverse educational settings.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health, or related field.
• Experience providing technical assistance to education professionals.
• Excellent skills in using virtual platforms for distance learning and adult education (Zoom, Canvas, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on VTSS training scope and sequence development for divisions and schools.
• Vet content of VTSS professional development.
• Support divisions and schools in literacy, math, RtI and PBIS implementation.
