Edwards Vacuum LLC seeks a VTPS Lead to drive the Vacuum Technique Production System deployment across Genesee. You will provide leadership, training, and mentoring to teams, delivering improvements in efficiency and control for world-class manufacturing.

The role requires extensive Lean expertise, Six Sigma credentials, and international experience, with strong communication and project planning skills. Travel and cross-functional collaboration are essential elements of this position.

Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor/Masters) in related engineering/science discipline.
• Minimum 10 yrs post qualification experience; 5 yrs in operational excellence (production) + 2 yrs planning manufacturing projects.
• Experience operating internationally is essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead VTPS deployment into PC Genesee with roadmap and execution strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams for PC-wide initiatives to reach world-class manufacturing.
• Deliver VTPS cost savings through targeted business transformation projects.
