Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating vertical turning lathes.
• Identify process improvements and document work instructions.
• Maintain high quality and identify non-conformances.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Set up operations previously proven under supervision.
• Identify tooling & cutting method improvements.
• Maintain quality and prevent non-conformances.
• Participate in 5S, TPM, kaizen and setup reduction events.
• Work safely and raise safety concerns with corrective actions.
• Assist or train other employees as needed.
• Refer difficulties to leader or supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks to develop skills.
