You will read complex drawings, prioritize repairs, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining strict quality controls. You will collaborate with engineering and quality teams, document maintenance, and stay current with tooling knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant/technical work experience or an Associate degree in lieu of 2 years experience.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical specifications.
• Proficient in using precision measurement instruments and maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual or CNC machines (mills, lathes, hones) to produce parts to spec.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Prioritize components for repairs to meet on-time delivery requirements.
• Perform quality checks on parts using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC and/or hones machining equipment; document maintenance records.
