Job summary

General Dynamics - IT (GDIT) is seeking a VTC Administrator for the NCIS ITD at Quantico, VA. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, and operational support of enterprise-scale Video Teleconference systems, ensuring quality and security per DoW/DON regulations.

Requirements include active TS/SCI clearance, AS/AAS in a technical discipline, 5 years VTC experience (1 year specialized), and familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, VMware, networking, MS Teams and Cisco WebEx.

Qualifications

5 years of experience in VTC administration, including 1 year of specialized experience.
Solid background in VTC systems and operations, with end-user support experience.
Experience with VTC hardware and software; Windows Server, Linux, VMware, and basic networking.
Familiarity with cloud services MS Teams and Cisco WebEx is highly desirable.
CompTIA Security+ CE certification and AS / AAS degree required.
US Citizenship required and TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain enterprise-scale VTC systems and supporting infrastructure.
Schedule and create VTC conferences; monitor sessions and troubleshoot issues.
Provide on-site support for conference rooms and ensure smooth connectivity for participants.
Document system configurations and procedures; ensure compliance with DoW/DON policies.
Manage meeting requests and ensure proper scheduling and configuration.
