Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

• Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux, VMware, networking; MS Teams/Cisco WebEx desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain enterprise-scale VTC endpoints and supporting infrastructure.
• Schedule and create VTC conferences; monitor sessions and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide on-site support for conference rooms and ensure smooth connectivity for participants.
• Document system configurations and procedures; ensure compliance with DoW/DON guidelines.
