Job summary

Humana, Inc. through CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient care to adults and seniors in a float role across multiple Charlotte-area offices, with a PRN, onsite schedule in Burlington, NC.

Applicants should have an NP or PA license, 2+ years in primary care, and comfort with value-based, team-based care. The position reports to the Associate Medical Director and includes on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing or completion of a PA program with board certification.
• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years NP or PA experience in a primary care setting.
• Passion for value-based care and integrated team-based models.
• Basic computer proficiency (EMR, email, etc.).
• Must be willing to cover multiple office locations throughout the Charlotte area

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our CenterWell office in Burlington, North Carolina. This is an onsite position with a variable, PRN schedule, and you will report to the Associate Medical Director. This is a float position that will require you to cover multiple office locations in the Charlotte area.

Pay Range

$149,800 - $206,100 per year

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
