Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our Burlington, NC office with a PRN, onsite schedule. The position involves float responsibilities across multiple Charlotte-area centers and requires collaboration with a growing senior primary care team.

Qualified candidates hold a Master's in Nursing or PA program, are licensed as NP or PA, and have at least 2 years in primary care. Strong value-based care orientation and basic EMR skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing or PA program with board certification.
• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years NP or PA experience in a primary care setting.
• Willing to cover multiple Charlotte-area locations.
• Passion for value-based care and integrated team-based models.
• Basic computer proficiency (EMR, email, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our CenterWell office in Burlington, North Carolina. This is an onsite position with a variable, PRN schedule, and you will report to the Associate Medical Director. This is a float position that will require you to cover multiple office locations in the Charlotte area.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$149,800 - $206,100 per year
