Job summary

Victoria's Secret & Co is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support store readiness, stock control, and overall store performance. The role reports to the Store Manager and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.

Responsibilities include shipment and replenishment, maintaining inventory accuracy, safety and compliance, and coaching associates according to leadership standards.

• Identifies and escalates operational issues.
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business.
• Leads and demonstrates company values.
• Executes the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling.
• Coaching & development of associates and leaders.
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies.
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned.
