Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of directly related industry experience required.
• Five years of advanced commercial HVAC service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience in HVAC required.
• Advanced experience and knowledge of operational processes associated with the installation and service of commercial HVAC services and systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven, team-oriented environment.
• Strong, professional communication skills.
• Ability to present technical ideas clearly to customers and other Service Technicians.
• Knowledge of service standards, processes, and procedures.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Dependable, reliable, and able to function in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to cope with stress and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet assigned time metrics for a Team Leader role; contribute as a technician when appropriate.
• Communicate to Area Service Manager(s) when a technician struggles or underperforms.
• Coach VRV technicians to improve performance while maintaining accountability.
• Train and develop VRV Field Technicians in technical knowledge, customer service, and processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians and customers.
• Ensure quality of work and method readiness; perform QA on jobs.
• Assist with on-site meetings and project walkthroughs.
• Regular local travel with some overnight travel.
