Job summary

The role requires diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and documenting work. You will travel to sites and work a 40-hour week with on-call rotation as needed. EPA/CFC certification is required, and a Journeyman or Master license is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow all company policies, industry regulations, and safety guidelines while maintaining an organized and professional work environment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace malfunctioning HVAC equipment, parts, and electrical components across multiple systems.
• Inspect piping and tubing connections for leaks using appropriate testing methods and tools.
• Evaluate electrical systems for proper continuity and performance using diagnostic instruments.
• Install, wire, calibrate, and adjust controls including thermostats, humidistats, and timing devices.
• Communicate directly with customers to assess heating and cooling concerns and confirm resolution of identified issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs while accurately documenting all work completed.
• Maintain assigned company vehicle in accordance with fleet and safety standards.
• Submit service reports, work orders, time entries, and related documentation daily using company-issued mobile technology.
• Overtime (hours worked beyond 40 per week) must be approved in advance by a supervisor.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support operational requirements.
