Job summary

The role combines hands-on field work with supervisory duties, focusing on training technicians, coordinating on-site work, and maintaining safety and quality while serving customers locally, with occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of directly related industry experience.
• Advanced experience and knowledge of operational processes for installation and service of commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven, team-oriented environment.
• Strong, professional communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet short- and long-term deadlines.
• Must be dependable, reliable, and able to function in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet assigned time metrics for a Team Leader role; also contribute as a technician.
• Communicate to Area Service Manager when technicians struggle or underperform.
• Coach VRV technicians and provide constructive feedback.
• Train and develop VRV Field Technicians in technical knowledge and customer service.
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians and customers.
• Ensure quality by reviewing technicians' work and providing QA on jobs.
• Assist with on-site installations, scheduling, and safety compliance.
