Job summary

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with partners, budget oversight, and adherence to federal/state rules. Full-time, day shift, with responsibilities across program administration and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area and 3 years of subordinate management in human services, or related certification and 2 years of management experience.
• Two years of experience at lower level Mgr 1, Social Svcs, or equivalent position, acceptable in lieu of degree/certification.
• Preferred: Certified Rehabilitation Counselor credential in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing rehabilitation team and coach staff to deliver quality services.
• Plan and organize work to meet organizational goals for employment outcomes.
• Monitor service effectiveness and ensure compliance with policies and reporting.
• Maintain positive relationships with community partners and providers.
• Develop budgets and manage unit funds to meet objectives.
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
• Ensure quality assurance reviews and compliance with state/federal regulations.
• Coordinate with statewide coordinators to ensure consistent service delivery.
