Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of job-related subordinate management experience in a human service delivery program.
• Certification and two (2) years of job-related subordinate management experience in a human service delivery program.
• Two (2) years of experience at the lower-level Mgr 1, Social Svcs (SSM010) or equivalent position.

Responsibilities

• Oversees service delivery across multiple units or program areas, ensuring quality, consistency, and effectiveness.
• Manages daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, resource allocation, workflow management, and performance outcomes.
• Ensures programs meet federal, state, and local standards, including documentation, reporting, audit readiness, and overall agency compliance.
• Directs subordinate multidisciplinary staff, providing coaching, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and service continuity.
