Joyoflearningcenter seeks passionate individuals to join our team as a VPK Lead Teacher in a part-time capacity in Tampa, FL. You will guide preschoolers through their final step before kindergarten, building confidence, curiosity, and readiness for school.

Responsibilities include delivering engaging VPK curriculum, using CLASS practices, planning activities that foster growth, maintaining a safe classroom, and mentoring junior staff while partnering with families.

Qualifications

• Requires Florida VPK Lead Teacher Credentials.
• High School Diploma or GED and CDA required.
• Previous relevant experience preferred.

What You’ll Do

Deliver engaging VPK curriculum that prepares children for kindergarten success.

Use CLASS (Classroom Assessment Scoring System) practices to foster meaningful interactions.

Plan and lead activities that promote academic and social-emotional growth.

Ensure a safe, nurturing classroom environment with structured daily routines.

Partner with families and mentor junior team members to support every child’s journey.

What You Bring

High School Diploma or GED and CDA

• Florida VPK Lead Teacher Credentials
• Previous experience in relevant filed is preferred.
