Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead VPK Teacher in Florida to plan, assess, and instruct 4-year-olds according to VPK guidelines. You will create engaging activities, mentor fellow teachers, and lead curriculum implementation while ensuring licensing compliance.

You will build strong relationships with families, support center success, and work in a dynamic, child-focused environment where benefits and growth opportunities are valued.

Qualifications

• CDA, Associates degree or higher in education or Florida Child Care Professional Certificate.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilités

The VPK, Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program, prepares early learners for success in kindergarten and beyond. VPK helps build a strong foundation for school using educational material corresponding to various stages in a child's development. The VPK Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing 4-year old's, based on needs of each child, and the requirements of the program.

As a Lead VPK Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool childreninyour class.
• Call the shots! Take the lead onclassroom managementand curriculum implementation,plusbe an expert on all licensing guidelines, company standards and VPK program requirements.
• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center's success.

Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:
