La-Petite-Academy in Ormond Beach, FL is seeking a Lead VPK Teacher to plan, assess, and instruct 4-year-olds in line with VPK requirements. You will create engaging lessons, mentor fellow teachers, and manage the classroom while ensuring licensing guidelines are followed.
You will also communicate with families to promote child achievement and support center success in a full-time role. Must be 18+ with relevant education credentials and experience.
The VPK, Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program, prepares early learners for success in kindergarten and beyond. VPK helps build a strong foundation for school using educational material corresponding to various stages in a child's development. The VPK Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing 4-year old's, based on needs of each child, and the requirements of the program.
