Learning Care Group, Inc. seeks a State Pre-K Lead Teacher to plan, assess, and instruct based on each child's needs and program requirements. You will prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond with curiosity and inventiveness.

In this role you’ll create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, manage classroom routines, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards. Strong family communication supports each child's achievement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Family Studies or related field.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center standards.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

The State Pre-K Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing based on the needs of each child, and the requirements of the program. We want change makers who never stop being curious, inventive, and open-hearted to prepare children for Kindergarten and beyond.

As a Lead Pre-K Teacher, you’ll:

• Create! Develop fun,interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care! Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool childreninyour class.
• Call the shots! Take the lead onclassroom managementand curriculum implementation,plusbe an expert on all licensing guidelines, company standards and Pre-K program requirements.
• Communicate! Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.

Wewant energetic, dependable, passionate individualswhoare at least 18 andhave:
