Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co in Chicago seeks a Vice President to strengthen SOX and CCAP external reporting controls within the Commercial & Investment Bank. You will collaborate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to improve the control environment and ensure accurate reporting for wholesale lending.

This high-visibility role requires leading control initiatives, presenting to senior leadership, and delivering cross-functional solutions using Tableau, Alteryx, and SQL to analyze portfolios

Qualifications

• At least 6+ years of experience in Auditing, Accounting, Internal Control, and/or External Reporting.
• Comprehensive understanding of Wholesale Lending and/or CIB regulatory environment.
• Experience presenting to senior leaders with advanced MS Office skills.
• Proficiency in data profiling and data analysis tools and dashboards.
• Strong ability to build relationships across functions and manage cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of control strategies across CIB and wholesale lending portfolios.
• Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology to remediate control gaps.
• Stay current with regulatory changes and assess impact on external reporting.
• Coordinate SOX/CCAP program deliverables with firmwide teams.
• Prepare and present SOX/CCAP materials to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with Internal and External Audit to ensure coverage and avoid duplication.
• Leverage Tableau and Alteryx for data analysis of portfolios.
