Wilshire seeks a Vice President, Wealth Business Development (West Coast) to propel intermediary distribution across West Coast institutions, RIAs, TAMPs, and model platforms. The role centers on expanding Wilshire’s presence through enterprise partnerships and strategic asset management solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in intermediary distribution, national accounts, or wealth platform distribution within asset management or wealth management.
• Demonstrated experience calling on broker dealers, RIAs, TAMPs, managed account platforms, wealth platform gatekeepers, home office research and due diligence teams.
• Strong understanding of model portfolio ecosystems, managed account platforms, wealth technology infrastructure, advisor adoption dynamics, and platform economics.

• Develop and manage strategic relationships across broker dealers, TAMPs, RIAs, and enterprise platforms.
• Develop and execute a regional growth strategy to expand Wilshire's intermediary distribution footprint on the West Coast.
• Drive commercialization and growth of model portfolios, multi-asset solutions, and alternative investment offerings.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions for intermediary clients and expand platform penetration.
• Build business plans for key accounts focusing on platform adoption, advisor engagement, and net revenue growth.
• Represent Wilshire at industry conferences and executive client engagements.
