Job summary

Wilshire seeks a Vice President, Wealth Business Development (West Coast) to lead intermediary distribution across broker dealers, TAMPs, RIAs, and enterprise platforms. The role focuses on growing Wilshire’s presence through strategic partnerships, model portfolios, and outsourced investment solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in intermediary distribution with a proven ability to drive asset growth, platform approvals, and advisor engagement across the West Coast wealth ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in intermediary distribution or wealth platform distribution.
• Proven track record calling on broker-dealers, RIAs, TAMPs, and managed account platforms.
• Strong understanding of model portfolios, advisor adoption, and platform economics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic relationships across broker dealers, TAMPs, RIAs, and enterprise platforms.
• Execute regional growth strategies to expand Wilshire's intermediary footprint on the West Coast.
• Drive commercialization of model portfolios, multi-asset and alternative investment solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated intermediary solutions and partnerships.
• Represent Wilshire at industry events and executive client engagements.
