You will own transformation initiatives, build a comprehensive roadmap, and work with senior leadership to influence change. This hybrid position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to develop a high-quality delivery team over time.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in Financial Services or Consulting, specifically in wealth or asset management.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with certifications like PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or ADKAR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of transformation initiatives across the Wealth business.
• Build a 3-year roadmap covering process, operating model, and technology evolution.
• Drive change management to ensure initiatives are implemented successfully.
