Responsibilities

• Conduct independent quality reviews of credit proposals, ensuring adherence to firm policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify, categorize, and raise exceptions and errors, ensuring timely remediation and clear communication with stakeholders.
• Analyze client documentation and credit data to validate the accuracy of grading, collateral, and risk assessments.
• Prepare and deliver clear, actionable reports and presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of proactive risk management and continuous improvement within the team.
