Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• Active Texas PE license is required.

• Experience with water and wastewater municipal projects.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the vision for the Water/Wastewater division and drive growth, profitability, and innovation.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as senior authority for water and wastewater systems, including treatment plant evaluation and design.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, develop sequencing, WBS, and ensure delivery.
• Client Engagement: Build relationships with municipalities and public agencies.
• Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead engineers and staff; manage performance.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure regulatory compliance and implement QA processes.
