MetroPlusHealth seeks a strategic, senior leader to direct Provider Contracting and Value-Based Partnerships. You will guide negotiations with hospitals, clinics, and provider networks, while shaping cost-efficient, accessible contracts aligned with value-based care across New York.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-department collaboration, and a track record of building robust provider networks and compliant reimbursement strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–10 years of senior management experience in Contracting, with 5+ years leading managed care contracting in NY.
• Proven ability to advance organizational missions and goals.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with hospitals, IPAs, ambulatory centers, and patient-care providers.
• Develop short- and long-term network and contracting strategies for the plan.
• Oversee end-to-end contracting processes including outreach, initiation, amendments, and terminations.
