Responsibilities

• Enterprise payer strategy across current and emerging areas.
• Lead pricing, net price ambition, scenario planning and contracting.
• Develop payer and B2B value strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Provide end-to-end market access support from pipeline to launch and growth.
• Lead execution, performance metrics and governance for access initiatives.
• Build external relationships with payers, plan sponsors and stakeholders.
• Coach leaders and align resources with enterprise priorities.
