Job summary

Capstone Partners, a leading investment banking firm and subsidiary of Huntington Bancshares, seeks a Vice President with deep experience in business valuation and financial advisory services. The role focuses on managing engagements across M&A, restructurings, and related projects, guiding teams from analysis to final delivery.

Responsibilities include developing valuation models, supporting due diligence, and building client relationships, while contributing to new business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required
• 4+ years of valuation, investment banking and/or corporate restructuring experience is required
• Prior experience in M&A, valuations and related financial advisory services
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute business valuation and financial advisory engagements from initial analysis through final deliverables
• Perform valuations of businesses, equity interests, securities, and intangible assets for various purposes including M&A and planning
• Develop valuation models utilizing DCF and guidelines for comparables
• Analyze historical and projected financial performance, drivers, capital structures, and market conditions
• Prepare valuation reports, presentations, and client deliverables
• Coordinate and perform detailed financial and business due diligence
