Job summary

Capstone Partners, based in Boston, seeks a Vice President with substantial valuation and financial advisory experience to lead engagements from analysis to deliverables.

You will manage valuations for M&A, strategic planning, and related services, develop models (DCF, comps), and coordinate due diligence with clients and advisors.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 4+ years in valuation; CPA/ASA/CVA and FINRA licenses are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 4+ years of valuation, investment banking and/or corporate restructuring experience.
• Prior experience in M&A, valuations and related financial advisory services.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute business valuation and financial advisory engagements.
• Perform valuations of businesses, equity interests, securities, and intangible assets.
• Develop valuation models utilizing DCF analyses and analyses of guideline public companies and comparable M&A transactions.
• Prepare valuation reports, presentations, supporting analyses, and other client deliverables.
• Coordinate and perform detailed financial and business due diligence.
