Job summary

MarshBerry is seeking a Vice President, Valuation to join our Financial Advisory Team. The role supports valuation strategy and project oversight across offices in Beachwood OH, Grand Rapids MI, and Plano TX.

Expect in-office collaboration Monday–Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays. You will lead valuation projects, mentor staff, and partner with clients to deliver high-quality analyses while driving continual process improvements and best practices across MarshBerry’s valuation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management (Master’s preferred).
• Professional designations such as CPA, CVA/ASA, AM&AA are desirable.
• 7+ years in business valuation or related advisory fields.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation engagements with responsibility for strategy and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive project success.
• Research, write, structure client-ready valuation work.
• Serve as subject-matter expert providing guidance and training on valuation.
• Monitor active valuation projects ensuring timelines and quality.
• Analyze project work and identify factors affecting status and outcomes.
• Propose process improvements to ensure accuracy and consistency.
