Responsibilities

• Identify the value of a property for estimates through detailed appraisal analysis.
• Collect data on comparable properties, sales, listings, vacancies and related Market data.
• Prepare appraisal reports describing property characteristics and methods used.
• Follow professional standards and keep information confidential.
• Communicate with clients about requests, scope, and project objectives.
• Track real estate values and potential development opportunities.
• Originate new valuation engagements and support business development.
• Cultivate strong client relationships to expand CBRE VAS presence.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge across related fields.
