The role requires an Active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute valuation and appraisal assignments for various client types.
• Work with team members across geographies to deliver results.
• Independently gather data through client interactions and interviews.
• Review industry surveys, benchmarks, and economic trends.
• Prepare and present analysis results clearly and concisely.
