Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
• 15+ years in biopharmaceutical sales, with 7+ years managing large, dispersed specialty biotech or pharma teams.
• Proven success launching biologics, especially in immunology, allergy, dermatology, or related fields.
• Experience with complex payer and access environments.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
