You will design and scale the US field organization to launch barzolvolimab and deliver exceptional patient care, access, and revenue growth across CSU indications. You will own sales strategy, talent development, launch readiness, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent).
• 15+ years biopharmaceutical commercial experience with progressive sales leadership.
• 7+ years leading large biotech or specialty pharmaceutical sales teams.
• Experience launching and growing innovative biologic products in immunology or dermatology.

Responsibilities

• Lead US sales strategy for barzolvolimab and oversee launch readiness.
• Build and manage a national sales organization with diverse leadership roles.
• Drive field force effectiveness, forecasting, and KPI development.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Compliance.
