Job summary

BBVA in the United States seeks an experienced Vice President to lead its US Private Placement team. The role centers on originating, structuring and executing USPP transactions for corporate and project finance clients, coordinating with bankers, counsel, investors and operations across jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in corporate/project finance with data center and CRE exposure, strong credit analysis, and advanced financial modeling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate or project finance.
• Execution experience in US Private Placement transactions.
• Recent USPP activity involving data centers, CRE or infrastructure projects.
• Strong credit analysis and financial modeling capabilities.
• License requirements include FINRA Series 7, 63 and 79.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of US Private Placement transactions.
• Coordinate with relationship bankers, capital markets, legal and operations.
• Prepare credit analyzes, cash flows, debt sizing and covenant reviews.
• Develop transaction structures and client/investor materials.
• Manage multiple workstreams and ensure governance standards.
