Job summary

BBVA Securities NY is seeking an experienced Vice President to lead US Private Placement execution for corporate and project finance clients. You will handle structuring, investor engagement, and closing while coordinating with multiple internal teams and external counsel.

The role requires 5+ years in corporate or project finance, strong credit analysis, advanced modeling and lender/investor engagement skills, with a focus on data centers, CRE and infra.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in major banking or capital markets.
• Execution experience in corporate finance and project finance USPP activity.
• Experience with data centers, commercial real estate and infrastructure finance.
• Strong credit analysis, including debt capacity, covenant protection and risk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end US Private Placement transactions from assessment to closing.
• Prepare detailed credit analysis, financial models and investor materials.
• Coordinate with relationship bankers, legal counsel and operations teams.
• Develop financing structures reflecting borrower objectives and investor needs.
• Maintain dialogue with institutional investors and provide market insights.
