Job summary

The Vice President will drive performance, governance, and budget control, with oversight of government price reporting, trade and distribution, and affordability programs, while traveling domestically up to 35% and maintaining onsite collaboration in San Diego.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive biopharmaceutical experience in patient access, reimbursement, or related commercial operations.
• Experience leading commercial organizations, including field Access and Reimbursement teams, and partnering with Sales to resolve access barriers.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including budget management, rebates, gross-to-net, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Travere's U.S. Patient Access organization, setting vision, operating model, priorities, capabilities, and performance expectations.
• Own portfolio access performance, analytics, service quality, and resolution of significant access barriers.
• Lead payer management and field access & reimbursement teams, including account planning, access pull-through, and patient-start support.
• Partner with Product and Franchise Leadership to translate product strategies into effective access execution; collaborate with Sales to convert demand.
• Oversee end-to-end patient and provider experience including hub services, affordability programs, specialty pharmacy, trade, and distribution.
• Manage contracting administration, rebate adjudication, government price reporting, and gross-to-net considerations.
