Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks a senior leader to champion the U.S. Patient Access function, directing end-to-end access across the portfolio to help patients access, initiate and stay on Travere therapies.

Reporting to executive leadership, the VP will oversee payer management, field access, reimbursement, contracts, hub services and affordability programs, ensuring scalable, compliant operations that support current and future launches nationwide.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive biopharmaceutical experience in patient access or related commercial ops.
• Demonstrated success leading commercial organizations including field access and reimbursement teams.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with budget, contracting and gross-to-net focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead US Patient Access organization with vision, operating model, priorities and performance expectations.
• Own portfolio access performance, analytics, service quality and resolution of access barriers.
• Lead payer management, field access, reimbursement, contracts and hub services.
• Partner with Product/Franchise Leadership to translate product strategies into access execution; collaborate with Sales for demand conversion.
• Oversee patient and provider experience including affordability programs and distribution.
• Manage contracting administration, rebate adjudication, government price reporting and budget.
• Maintain vendor governance, compliance, audit readiness, risk management and continuity plans.
• Collaborate with Commercial Ops and Enterprise Tech on CRM, data infra and field alignment.
• Build scalable capabilities for launches and portfolio growth.
