• Own the access strategy and brand-level contracting for all Specialty Care brands.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with USMAPPS, BU leadership, and franchise leads.
• Define payer value propositions and pricing strategies across payer, GPO, and channel.
• Monitor access performance metrics and adjust plans for lifecycle stages.
• Ensure launch readiness and resource allocation for new assets.
