Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health, Pharmacy, Business or related.
- Minimum 15 years in Market Access or Pricing leadership in biopharma.
- Deep understanding of global payer systems and HTA processes.
- Proven success engaging payers and HTA bodies to achieve favorable access outcomes.
- Experience leading global teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop global market access and pricing strategies for assets.
- Shape payer value propositions for reimbursement across markets.
- Lead pre-launch and launch access planning.
- Direct health economic models and budget impact analyses.
- Engage with payers, HTA bodies, and external experts.
